Under the Patronage of His Majesty King Hamad Bin Isa Al Khalifa AMH 19th ISLAND CLASSIC CHARITY GOLF TOURNAMENT


American Mission Hospital successfully completed the 19th AMH Island Classic Charity golf tournament. The event held under the patronage of His Majesty The King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa is conducted at His Majesty’s private golf course in Saffriya.The sponsors for the 19th AMH Island Classic Charity Golf  Tournament included.




Speaking at the end of the tournament AMH Chief Medical Officer/CEO, Dr. George Cheriyan said:

“It is with immense pleasure that I award the coveted trophies during the closing ceremony this afternoon. I would like to take this opportunity to thank His Majesty, King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa for his generosity in allowing the event to take place at his private golf course. After the grand success of this event, we look forward to the next event the 20th AMH Island Classic which will mark a major milestone. We will continue to look to His Majesty and the Royal Court for their guidance and support always. The Championship Flight was won by Ministry of Interior 3, this team being the one with the lowest score over the three days for all teams with a handicap average of less than 6.0.

In overall second place was Saffriya 3 and in third place overall was Kuwait Finance House

The Premier Flight was won by E.K. Kanoo 2, this team being the one with the lowest score over the three days for all teams with a handicap average of 6.0 or more.

In overall second place was DHL 2 and in overall third place was DHL 1
