URGENT CARE DEPARTMENT

The Urgent care unit provides emergency care to patients and plays a very important role in patient management. With a dedicated team working around the clock, our motto is to satisfy the customer.

The procedures performed here are :

• Injections
• Immunization
• Oral Medication
• Suppositories
• Nebulizers
• Reflo checks
• Dressings
• Suture Removal

At certain times, the Treatment room takes on an extended role like taking EKG and starting IV Fluids as an overflow from the Urgent Care Unit when it is busy.

"Now we have been able to accommodate a lot of emergency patients who need close observation. We, the Urgent Care Unit Staff, aim to fulfill our commitment to the vision and mission of AMH." Says sister Mariamma Jose.
